Five Arrested in Montgomery County Human Trafficking and Prostitution Sting

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas—An undercover operation targeting human trafficking in The Woodlands Township and Southern Montgomery County has resulted in the arrest of five individuals, according to the Montgomery County Constable’s Office.
The operation, dubbed “Operation Quiet Storm,” was carried out in August 2025 by Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Investigation Division and Criminal Interdiction Unit. The effort led to the apprehension of four adult females and one adult male.
The four females, identified as Whitney Shophia Charo, Diamond Lashaye Maines-Dunn, Yesika Embus-Valencia, and Maya Elizabeth Birdow, were all charged with Prostitution. The male, Quincy Delonte Speed Seller, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and was determined to have been the driver for one of the females. Birdow is also wanted on a separate charge of Deadly Conduct in Harris County.
All five individuals were processed at the Montgomery County Jail. Each arrest is part of an ongoing investigation related to human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Constable Gable thanked the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office for its assistance.
