Justin Corley

A man was arrested on August 14, 2025, after a multi-agency investigation into online solicitation of a minor. The arrest was the result of a collaborative effort involving the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office – Major Crimes Unit and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

The investigation began in April 2025, when Detective A. Hudson of the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office received a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). This tip led to an investigation that culminated on June 16, 2025, with the execution of a search warrant at the Harbor Walk Apartments, located at 2751 FM 518 in League City. During the search, detectives seized a cell phone and a computer.

Further examination of the devices revealed evidence of online solicitation of a minor. The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Justin Corley.

On August 14, 2025, Detective Hudson obtained an arrest warrant for Corley for Sexual Perform Child Produce/Direct/Promote, with a $100,000 bond. The Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Division subsequently arrested Corley in the 17000 block of Saturn Lane in Houston.

The Galveston County Sheriff’s Office acknowledged the assistance of the Houston Metro ICAC Task Force, which includes participants from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) – Galveston, Pearland Police Department, La Marque Police Department, and Texas City Police Department. The Sheriff’s Office also recognized the Crime Scene Unit, the Socorro Police Department, and the El Paso ISD Police Department for their collaboration in the investigation.
