Livingston Man Arrested in Connection with Montgomery County Overdose Death

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A 32-year-old Livingston man has been arrested in connection with the fatal overdose of a Montgomery County resident earlier this year.
On May 6, 2025, deputies responded to a welfare check at a residence on Fair Manor Circle, where they found a 44-year-old man deceased. An autopsy conducted by the Montgomery County Forensic Center determined the cause of death was an overdose from illegal narcotics.
The Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) investigated and identified Anthony Flores as the person who provided the drugs to the victim. Investigators obtained an arrest warrant, and Flores was taken into custody on August 12, 2025.
Flores has been charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Causing Death. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
MOCONET, a multi-agency task force that includes local, state, and federal agencies, continues to target and disrupt drug distribution networks in the region.
