Second Suspect Charged, Wanted in Fatal Shooting on Northborough Drive

A second suspect has been charged and is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred at 13360 Northborough Drive around 3:35 p.m. on May 11.

Carnell Anderson, 16, is charged with murder. A court order allowed the release of his name and photo. He is not in custody.

Another suspect, Cameron Ray, 19, is also charged with murder in the 496th State District Court and remains at large.

The victim has been identified as Davion Elzy, 16.

According to police, officers were flagged down about a shooting in a convenience store parking lot at the location. The victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds and transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators identified Ray and Anderson as suspects. Both are wanted.
