Man Shot at House Party on Waterville Way; Suspect Fired from Vehicle

Harris County District 3 deputies are investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in the 14300 block of Waterville Way, where an intoxicated guest allegedly fired a weapon from his vehicle, striking one individual.

Deputies responded to the location following a report of a weapons disturbance. They discovered a large house party had been in progress. An intoxicated guest, who became a suspect in the incident, began causing a disturbance with family members and was asked to leave the premises.

As the suspect drove away in his vehicle, he allegedly discharged his firearm towards the house. The suspect then circled the block and fired his weapon a second time, this time striking a Hispanic male in the abdomen. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment and was released hours later. No other injured victims have been reported at this time.
