HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call on the service road at the above address. A witness stated he found the man unresponsive and lying in the grassy area along the service road. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the man, later identified as Mr. Torres, deceased.

According to the man’s friends, his vehicle, a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was missing from the parking lot.
