Woman Wanted for $15,000 in Damages After Public Storage Break-In in Cypress

CYPRESS, TX — A 30-year-old woman is wanted in connection with a burglary that caused thousands of dollars in damage at a Public Storage facility along the Northwest Freeway.

Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched on July 11, 2025, to Public Storage at 27124 Northwest Freeway following a report of a burglary. Management informed deputies that on July 9, a white female suspect forcibly entered a secured area of the property after hours, causing extensive damage. The estimated cost of repairs is approximately $15,000.

Following an investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Eleni McLin. Surveillance footage reportedly captured McLin committing the offense. Investigators are working to determine whether she may be involved in similar crimes at other Public Storage locations.

Eleni McLin is currently wanted for Criminal Mischief through the 208th District Court.
