Woman Out On Bond for DWI Arrested Again for Driving While Intoxicated in North Houston

Deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call regarding a suspicious vehicle on December 21, 2023, at the 21400 block of Imperial Valley Drive in North Houston. The caller, identified as 29-year-old Crystal Espinosa, reported being followed by other vehicles.

Upon making contact with Espinosa, deputies observed multiple signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, confirming her state of intoxication. A subsequent investigation revealed that Espinosa was currently out on a $50,000.00 bond from the 184th District Court for a previous charge of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

Crystal Espinosa was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest follows concerns raised by the caller about a suspicious vehicle, leading to law enforcement intervention.
