Woman Charged with Burglary After Reporting Being Assaulted by Victim in Northwest Houston

Deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office were called to Memorial Hermann Hospital in the 26800 block of Northwest Freeway in Houston after a female reported being assaulted at a nearby location.

Upon investigation, it was discovered that the woman had forcibly entered a residence with the intent to take items but was assaulted during the attempted burglary.

The female has been taken into custody and charged with Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault.
