Woman Arrested in Stafford After Abusing 7-Year-Old; Two Children Rescued

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — On July 8, 2025, Montgomery County Constable Ryan Gable’s Precinct 3 Safe Harbor detectives, in coordination with Child Protective Services and the U.S. Marshals Task Force, arrested Angelys Marie Del Valle-Pagan in connection with a serious child abuse investigation.

The investigation began on June 8, 2025, when CPS notified Precinct 3 detectives about a report of suspected physical abuse involving a 7-year-old child. Detectives conducted an investigation and developed probable cause to charge Del Valle-Pagan with Injury to a Child, a third-degree felony.

During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Del Valle-Pagan had taken the 7-year-old child. With assistance from the U.S. Marshals Office Violent Offenders Task Force, authorities located Del Valle-Pagan in Stafford, Texas, along with the child victim and a second child, aged 2.

Del Valle-Pagan was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Office. Both children were placed under CPS care and received medical attention.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.
