Woman Arrested in Jersey Village Crash With Blood Alcohol Content Three Times The Legal Limit

On December 22, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to the 29000 block of Northwest Freeway in Jersey Village following reports of a motor vehicle crash. Upon their arrival, 28-year-old Whitney White was identified as the driver and displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

Deputies conducted a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, determining that White was indeed intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.296, which is over three times the legal limit.

As a result, Whitney White was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. She faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated.
