Woman Arrested in Harris County Drive-By Shooting After Public Tips Lead to Breakthrough

On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at approximately 5:16 PM, Harris County Constable Precinct 2 announced the arrest of 27-year-old Allejeandria Holliday in connection with a drive-by shooting that occurred on December 1, 2024. Holliday was apprehended at an apartment complex on the 16100 block of the North Freeway after deputies from the Precinct 2 Special Operations Division conducted surveillance.

The shooting took place at 10600 Kirkwren Drive in the South Belt/Ellington area, where residents reported hearing multiple gunshots. Deputies discovered a residence with several bullet holes and spent shell casings. Initially, the suspect was described as wearing a green hoodie and leaving the scene in a maroon Kia Optima.

Thanks to public tips, which aided investigators in identifying Holliday, she was arrested and charged with Deadly Conduct. She was transported to the Harris County Jail. Constable Jerry Garcia expressed gratitude to the citizens whose information led to the successful arrest.
