Woman Arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm at Spring Residence

On December 23, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a call in the 3000 block of Ciderwood Drive in Spring regarding an aggravated assault. The complainant informed law enforcement that he had engaged in a verbal altercation with a known individual, 48-year-old Tera Carrasco.

During the course of the argument, Carrasco allegedly brandished a loaded firearm and issued threats to kill the complainant. In response to the reported incident, Carrasco was promptly arrested by deputies and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail.

She now faces charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
