Wanted Felon Apprehended in Harris County, 19-year-old Found Hiding in Bedroom

On November 30, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office successfully apprehended 19-year-old Daviyon Washington, a wanted felon, following a warrant service in the 4000 block of Sloangate Drive in Spring, Texas.

Acting on received information, Constable Deputies conducted an investigation leading them to the suspect’s location. Washington was discovered hiding inside a bedroom of the residence.

The arrest was made in connection to Washington’s outstanding warrants, including charges for Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault, Felony Theft, and Assault. After confirming the validity of the warrants, Washington was taken into custody without incident.
