Wanted: Criminal Illegal Immigrant in Texas Child Sex Abuse Case; Reward Increased

Authorities are seeking Kevin Galileo Morales Saravia, a 28-year-old criminal illegal immigrant from El Salvador, who is this month’s Featured Fugitive. Morales Saravia is wanted out of Harris County, Texas, since February 2025 for indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Morales Saravia has been added to the 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List. The reward for information leading to his arrest has been increased to $4,000 if the tip is received during the month of May.
In 2014, Morales Saravia was apprehended by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP) in Texas and detained for approximately one month before being released.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 125 pounds. Authorities believe he has ties to Harris County, including the city of Houston.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kevin Galileo Morales Saravia is urged to come forward.
To be eligible for cash rewards, tipsters MUST provide information to authorities using one of the following three methods:
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
- Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about then clicking on the link under their picture.
- Submit a Facebook tip by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).
All tips are anonymous—regardless of how they are submitted—and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name.
