Violent Altercation Leads to Two Arrests in North Houston

On December 21, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s office swiftly responded to a disturbance in the 14400 block of Ella Boulevard in North Houston following reports of multiple males engaged in physical altercations and gunfire.

Upon arrival, law enforcement detained two individuals identified as 24-year-old Rigoberto Hernandez and 34-year-old Jefferey Rodriguez. The investigation revealed that both suspects had physically assaulted the complainant. Additionally, a third suspect had discharged a firearm at the complainant, though their identity remains unknown at this time.

Hernandez and Rodriguez were subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, facing charges of Assault. Each suspect received a $2,000.00 bond, as determined by County Court 2.
