Unlicensed Practitioner Arrested for Sexual Assault; Authorities Seek Additional Victims

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Joshua Aaron Gomez, 43, has been taken into custody on a felony warrant for Sexual Assault following an investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

According to authorities, Gomez was allegedly performing unlicensed procedures after his chiropractic license was suspended by the state due to complaints of a sexual nature. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that members of the Violent Persons Task Force arrested Gomez on Wednesday. He was booked into the Harris County Jail.

Investigators have identified 11 other individuals with varying complaints related to Gomez’s conduct. Officials believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
