Undercover Sting at Spring Massage Leads to Prostitution Arrest

SPRING, TX — On July 24, 2025, Human Trafficking Detectives with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted an undercover operation at Spring Massage, located in the 25800 block of Cypresswood Drive in Spring, Harris County. The investigation stemmed from complaints alleging prostitution and possible human trafficking at the establishment.
A detective posing as a customer was solicited for sex by an employee, Yi-Ling Lin, who was arrested and charged with prostitution. Further inquiry uncovered that the business operated without a valid Massage Establishment License.
Another employee, Huynh Thi Dao, a Vietnamese national working as an unlicensed massage therapist, was taken into custody and released to U.S. Immigration authorities for additional investigation.
Authorities noted that foreign nationals are often lured to the U.S. with false promises of citizenship via work visas, only to be coerced into sex or labor trafficking.
The Harris County Constable, Precinct 4, encourages anyone with information or suspicions of human trafficking to contact their office at 281-376-3472 or anonymously online at www.constablepct4.com/regulatory-enforcement-unit.
