Undercover Operation at Spring Massage Business Leads to Prostitution Arrest
Juan Qing Wu arrested

Human Trafficking Detectives with Constable Mark Herman’s Office carried out an undercover operation on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5 Foot Massage on Louetta Road in Spring. The investigation began after community members reported possible prostitution and human trafficking occurring at the business.

A detective entered the massage parlor posing as a customer. During the visit, a female employee allegedly offered sex acts for money. The employee, identified as Wu Juan Qing, was taken into custody and charged with prostitution.

Detectives also confirmed that the business does hold a valid Massage Establishment License.

Officials noted that human trafficking continues to be a significant problem in the region. Many victims are foreign nationals who are brought into the country under false promises of legitimate work, only to be forced into the sex trade or other forms of labor exploitation.

Constable Mark Herman encouraged the public to report suspicious activity.

“If you suspect a location or individual may be involved in illegal activity, please contact the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Office. All tips can be made anonymously,” Herman said.
