Two Women Arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Evading Arrest in Prostitution Solicitation Investigation

On Thursday, December 1, 2023, District Patrol Deputies from Constable Jerry Garcia’s Office conducted proactive patrols resulting in the arrest of two adult females. They were identified as Kealey Dickinson and Lovacious Everheart.

Everheart has been charged with Disorderly Conduct Dickinson faces charges for evading arrest.

The arrests stemmed from an investigation initiated after the deputies observed both females seeking attention from customers and passersby. While one of the females cooperated with the deputies, the other attempted to evade on foot but was quickly apprehended.

Both individuals were reportedly dressed in provocative attire, designed to attract attention without any intention to cover up. Authorities believe this was done with the purpose of soliciting prostitution. The arrests occurred in the vicinity of the 8300 block of Gulf Freeway at Bellfort Avenue.

Following their apprehension, both females were transported to the Harris County Jail to face the charges against them.
