Two Juveniles Shot at Memorial High School Parking Lot in Pasadena

Two juvenile males were shot in the parking lot of Memorial High School on February 28, 2025, at approximately 2:49 p.m.

Pasadena Police Department (PPD) officers responded to the 4400 block of Crenshaw within three minutes of receiving calls about the shooting. They found one juvenile male with a gunshot wound to the upper torso/chest area, who was reported to be in stable condition. A second victim was transported to a local hospital by unknown means with a gunshot wound to the left forearm. Both victims are students at Memorial High School.

Witnesses reported an altercation between juvenile males in the parking lot, during which at least one juvenile male displayed a firearm and began shooting into the crowd. All suspects fled the scene in vehicles.

The PPD’s Violent Crimes division is working with the Pasadena Independent School District Police on the investigation.
