Two Convicted Felons Arrested for Felony Theft at Houston Premium Outlet Mall

Two convicted felons, 40-year-old Latoya Ware and 45-year-old Jamarcus Butler, were arrested on June 14, 2025, after allegedly stealing over $1,474 worth of merchandise from the Houston Premium Outlet Mall.
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of theft in progress at the mall, located in the 29300 block of Northwest Freeway. Upon their arrival, loss prevention personnel informed deputies that two suspects had concealed merchandise and bypassed all points of sale without paying.
Constable Deputies quickly located Ware and Butler. Further investigation revealed that Ware had multiple prior theft convictions.
Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Latoya Ware was charged with Felony Theft with Two or more Previous Convictions, and her bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 248th District Court. Jamarcus Butler was charged with Theft, and his bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 13.
