Two Arrested on Child Porn Charges in South Montgomery County After Online Tip

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas—Two individuals were arrested on October 29, 2025, following a collaborative investigation into the alleged sharing and viewing of child sexual assault material, which reportedly occurred with children present in the home.
Detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s child exploitation unit initiated the investigation after receiving a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip implicated Anthony Thomas Winders and Cheyenne Marie Dunbar in actively viewing and/or sharing the illegal material.
The investigation further revealed that while Winders and Dunbar were allegedly viewing the content, they did so with children present in their residence, and Winders had his male sexual organ exposed.

Detectives from Constable Gable’s Office, alongside multiple assisting agencies, obtained and executed a search warrant at the Fawn Ridge Apartment Complex in South Montgomery County.
During the search, detectives established sufficient probable cause and placed both individuals into custody:

- Cheyenne Marie Dunbar: Charged with four counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
No children were located at the residence during the search, but Pct. 3 detectives are currently collaborating with Child Protective Services to ensure the safety and well-being of any affected children.
Constable Gable thanked the cooperative agencies for their essential support, highlighting the teamwork that led to the operation. The Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office is an affiliate of the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
