Travis County Man Sentenced to 99 Years for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas – A Travis County jury has convicted Jenner Ramirez, 28, of multiple felony offenses against a child and sentenced him to 99 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ).
The jury returned the guilty verdict on Thursday, October 9, 2025, convicting Ramirez of:
- Two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child
- One count of Indecency with a Child by Contact
The following day, Friday, October 10, the jury assessed punishment, sentencing Ramirez to 99 years for each Aggravated Sexual Assault conviction and 15 years for the Indecency with a Child conviction. All sentences will run concurrently.
Ramirez was originally arrested by the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office on July 11, 2024, and subsequently transferred to Travis County, where he was initially charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child before being reindicted for the trial.
The case was investigated by Sergeant Valentin De Los Santos of the Austin Police Department. Assistant District Attorneys Cindy Izquierdo and John Castro prosecuted the case.
