Traffic Stop on IH-10 in Waller County Leads to Human Smuggling Arrests; Two Suspects in Custody

In the early hours of Wednesday, December 20, 2023, a Waller County Sheriff’s Office K9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop on IH-10 at Woods Road. The stop led to the arrest of two individuals, Joseph Ali Guevara and Maximino Moralez, who are now facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and human smuggling.
