Traffic Stop in Spring Leads to Arrest for Unlawful Loaded Firearm

On December 12, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the 4800 block of Spring Stuebner Road in Spring. The driver, identified as 25-year-old Darius Ezeb, came under scrutiny during the stop.
Upon further investigation, deputies discovered that Ezeb had eight open Misdemeanor Warrants against him. Additionally, a search of the vehicle led to the finding of a loaded firearm, which was in violation of a previous plea agreement.
As a result, Darius Ezeb was promptly arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail. He now faces charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
