Traffic Stop in Humble Leads to Arrest of Convicted Felon for Theft and Open Warrants

On December 12, 2023, a Corporal with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 19400 block of Kenswick Drive in Humble, Texas, following a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop, identifying the driver as 57-year-old Freddie Harrison, a convicted felon.

Upon conducting the traffic stop, it was revealed that the vehicle was linked to a felony theft incident that occurred on December 5th at a local Walgreens. Subsequent investigation uncovered two open Felony Warrants for Theft against Harrison in Harris and Montgomery County.

Freddie Harrison was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail to face charges related to the open warrants and the theft. His bond was set at $10,000.00 by the 208th District Court.
