Three Arrested in North Harris County Drug Bust

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – On Sunday, November 30, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 13700 block of Repa Lane in North Harris County, which led to a narcotics investigation.
During the stop, deputies detained three occupants of the vehicle and discovered approximately 8.5 grams of powdered cocaine and $3,500 in cash, believed to be proceeds from narcotics transactions.
The arrested individuals were identified as 26-year-old Royshana LaShone King, 48-year-old Roy Edward King, and 50-year-old Shelta Annette Bonney. All three were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute and Organized Crime. They were transported to the Harris County Jail. Court dates and bond information have not yet been set.
