Texas DPS Captures Illegal Immigrant Fugitive from 10 Most Wanted List in Round Rock
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has apprehended Fabian Martinez Toribio, 25, a fugitive from the Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List, in Round Rock. Martinez Toribio, a criminal illegal immigrant from Mexico, was wanted by Travis County for aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of a controlled substance.
On Wednesday, Martinez Toribio was taken into custody by DPS Special Agents and the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. He has been booked into the Williamson County Jail. No Crime Stoppers reward will be paid for this arrest.
Martinez Toribio was previously arrested and convicted of entry without inspection in April 2018 and was removed from the U.S. Following his removal, he was arrested by the Manor Police Department in October 2023 for resisting arrest/search and possession of a controlled substance, and was subsequently released on bond. In January 2024, a warrant was issued by the Austin Police Department for his arrest related to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Another warrant for possession of a controlled substance was issued by Travis County in February 2024.
