Teen Wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child Apprehended in Harris County

On December 19, 2023, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit successfully located and apprehended 19-year-old Christian Black, a wanted felon. The arrest followed an extensive investigation that pinpointed Black’s whereabouts to the 2900 block of Aspen Fair Trail in Spring, TX.

The Constable Deputies collaborated with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to execute a warrant service for Black, who was sought for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The operation culminated in the apprehension of the suspect at a residence near the specified location.

Upon confirming the open warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Christian Black was arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail. Constable Mark Herman provided details, stating, “Christian Black was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond was set at $100,000.00 out of the 351st District Court.”
