Teen Out on Bond Arrested Again for Stolen Vehicle in Cypress

CYPRESS, TX – On November 10, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a stolen vehicle report in the 15000 block of Mason Road. The vehicle owner told deputies they had witnessed a male suspect take their vehicle.
Deputies quickly began searching the area and located the stolen vehicle nearby. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was identified as 18-year-old Nicholas Sayon. The vehicle owner positively identified Sayon as the person who had stolen their vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that Sayon was out on a $100 bond for a prior theft offense that occurred on November 6, 2025. Sayon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Auto Theft. His bond was set at $1,500 out of the 495th District Court.
Deputies emphasized the importance of reporting stolen vehicles promptly, which helped lead to the quick recovery of the car and the arrest of the suspect.
