Teen Driver Arrested After Brief Chase in Harris County

On November 21, 2023, Constable Mark Herman’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1500 block of Ridgebriar Drive. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop, prompting a brief pursuit by Constable Deputies.

After a successful intervention by the Constable Deputies, the driver was apprehended and identified as 18-year-old Zack Haystaysingh. Subsequently, Haystaysingh was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges of Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle, with a bond set at $2,500.00 as per the 228th District Court.
