Teen Arrested in Fatal Shooting of 17-year-old at Main Street Apartment Complex in Houston

Charges have been officially filed against Eric Daniel Tizol, 18, in connection with the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Isaac Lowe at 9330 Main Street on September 3, 2022. Tizol faces charges of capital murder in the 208th State District Court and unlawful carrying of a weapon in Harris County Criminal Court #14.

The incident unfolded when officers responded to a shooting report in the parking garage of an apartment complex at the mentioned address. Isaac Lowe was transported to a nearby hospital by private vehicle, where he was later pronounced dead.

Detectives, during their investigation, identified a black Jeep SUV with temporary paper tags as a possible vehicle of interest. Subsequently, Eric Daniel Tizol emerged as a prime suspect in the case.

On Monday, November 20, Tizol was apprehended while in possession of a handgun. Following questioning by detectives, he was charged in connection to the fatal shooting.
