LEAGUE CITY, Texas — A 19-year-old La Marque man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly leading officers on a short vehicle and foot pursuit that ended with a crash at a League City apartment complex, according to the League City Police Department.

Police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Jorden Lusk of La Marque.

Authorities said the incident began around 3:08 p.m. on May 19, 2026, when Officer L. Hudgens observed a black Chevrolet Malibu traveling 56 mph in a posted 30 mph school zone in the 4800 block of West Main Street.

  • Evading Arrest/Detention on Foot

According to police, his combined bond was set at $55,000.
