Suspect with Felony Warrant Captured After Attempted Escape in Spring

On Sunday, March 16, 2025, deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 11 block of Mohawk Path Place in Spring, Texas. The driver, identified as 36-year-old Nathaniel Miller, was found to have an open felony warrant for assault.

Deputies detained Miller, but while attempting to place him in the patrol vehicle, Miller used physical force to break free and attempted to escape. After a brief foot pursuit, deputies successfully apprehended him.

Miller was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the outstanding warrant and charged with escape. His total bond has not yet been set by the 174th District Court.
