HOUSTON – Charges have been filed against a man in connection with the fatal shooting of William Hall, 65, on July 16.
The suspect, Isaac Biais, 21, is charged with murder in the 184th State District Court.
Houston police said officers responded to a shooting call at 5175 West 34th Street around 12:05 a.m. and found Hall with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Biais was arrested on July 17 on unrelated charges and was charged in the shooting on July 21.
