Suspect Attempts to Run Over Deputy in Spring Disturbance, Faces Aggravated Assault Charges

In Spring, TX, on December 18, 2023, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a disturbance call in the 6000 block of Flagg Ranch Court. Upon their arrival, a suspect, later identified as 34-year-old Clifford Moore of Montgomery County, allegedly attempted to run over a Constable Deputy with his vehicle while fleeing the scene.

Deputies successfully apprehended Moore, bringing the vehicle to a halt. Subsequently, Moore was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. He now faces charges of Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant. As of now, details regarding Moore’s bond and court proceedings remain undisclosed.
