Spring Man Arrested for Indecent Sexual Assault On Door-to-Door Saleswoman
On December 6, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a sexual assault call at the Trailing Vine apartment complex on the 2800 block of Trailing Vine Road in Spring. Upon arriving, the suspect was detained and identified as 42-year-old Aloysius Gardner.
Further investigation revealed the complainant was going door to door selling product for a business. The suspect invited the complainant inside and began to sexually gratify himself without letting her leave the apartment. The apartment complex is next to the Teach-a-Tot Child Development Center and half a block away from Hirsch Elementary School.
Gardner was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Sexual Assault and Unlawful Restraint. He is awaiting bail out of County Court 4.
