ROUND ROCK, Texas – A 29-year-old Georgetown woman has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault following an investigation into the alleged abuse of a juvenile patient at a local behavior therapy provider.

Erin Roush, an employee of Infinite Spectrum Learning and Behavior, LLC, was taken into custody today and booked into the Williamson County Jail. The charge is a first-degree felony.

The incident came to light on January 30, 2026, when the juvenile’s mother contacted the Round Rock Police Department to report the alleged sexual assault. According to police, the assault occurred at a residence in Round Rock.

Detectives launched an immediate investigation, which established probable cause for Roush’s arrest. An arrest warrant was obtained, leading to her apprehension today.

Infinite Spectrum Learning and Behavior, LLC, provides play-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed care services primarily for autistic children and their families in the Round Rock area.

The company confirmed that Roush, who had worked as a behavior technician for more than two years, has been terminated following the allegations.

Police emphasized that the investigation remains active. Detectives are working to determine whether there may be additional victims.
