Pedestrian Dead in Fatal Crash Under Investigation on W Mount Houston Rd

Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies are currently investigating a fatal crash at the 950 block of W Mount Houston Rd, near North Freeway. The incident involves a vehicle and an adult male pedestrian, who has been confirmed deceased on-scene.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, the eastbound lanes of W Mount Houston are temporarily closed. Eastbound traffic is being diverted to Bunny Run, while westbound traffic is being rerouted through a nearby parking lot.
