Pasadena Police Arrest Suspect in Murder of Missing 19-Year-Old

The Pasadena Police Department has arrested Nickalous Ahmed Benjamin, 19, in connection with the murder of Payas Rohit Deo, 19, who had been reported missing since February 8, 2025.

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, the Houston Police Department discovered Deo’s body in southeast Harris County after his abandoned vehicle was found in Pasadena. The vehicle had a smashed driver’s side window and blood on the front seat.

Benjamin is charged with Murder and Tampering with a Human Corpse.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details at this time.
