One Killed, Two Injured in Head-On Collision in Conroe

On Wednesday morning, June 11, 2025, at approximately 6:44 a.m., the Conroe Police Department responded to a fatal head-on collision in the 400 block of West Wally Wilkerson Parkway.

Upon arrival, officers found a silver GMC truck and a black Chevrolet SUV with extensive damage from the crash. Emergency personnel from the Montgomery County Hospital District and the Conroe Fire Department administered life-saving efforts to the victims.

The 27-year-old male driver of the Chevrolet SUV was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger from the Chevrolet SUV and the driver of the GMC truck were transported to area hospitals for treatment.

The Conroe Police Department is actively investigating the cause of the accident. No additional details have been released at this time.
