One Arrested in Fatal Shooting in Northwest Houston, A Second Suspect Remains At-Large
Charges have been officially filed against Timothy Andrew Griffin, 43, in connection with the fatal shooting of Rudy Yanez, 41, on November 7 at 4334 Spring Valley Road.
The Houston Police Department responded to a shooting call at the residence around 12:20 a.m. Officers discovered a witness providing medical assistance to Yanez, who was unresponsive with a gunshot wound.
