Harris County deputies responded to a disturbance at Willow Plaza Apartments in the 12700 block of North Houston Rosslyn Road just after midnight on Thursday, December 26, 2024. Upon arrival, officers found multiple juveniles, aged 12 to 14, who had been shot. The wounded juveniles were transported to nearby hospitals, with one in critical condition and two others in stable condition.

Crime scene investigators and violent crimes detectives were called to the scene. Preliminary findings suggest the shooting stemmed from an attempted aggravated robbery, where the juveniles tried to rob an adult male at gunpoint. The adult male retrieved his own pistol and shot the juveniles.

A fourth juvenile and the adult male have been detained. Investigators are conducting interviews with the suspects, victims, and possible witnesses, while canvassing the area for additional information.

The adult male is cooperating with authorities, and weapons involved in the incident have been recovered. All individuals involved are residents of the apartment complex. The investigation remains ongoing.
