Mother and Teen Son Arrested for Theft at Cypress Walmart

CYPRESS, TX – On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a reported theft at the Walmart located at 26270 Northwest Freeway in Cypress.
Deputies met with loss prevention staff, who reported that a male and female suspect had stolen merchandise valued at $226.73. Shockingly, investigators later determined the suspects were a mother and son.
Constable deputies located the pair and identified them as 47-year-old Brandi Raven and her 17-year-old son, Seleven Raven. The stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the store.
Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on theft charges. Brandi Raven’s bond was set at $1,000, while Seleven Raven’s bond was set at $100. Both bonds were issued out of County Court at Law No. 13.
