Mother and Son Found Fatally Shot in North Harris County Apartment

On Monday, February 17, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputies responded to an in-progress call at 990 Cypress Station Drive in North Harris County, Texas. Upon arrival, deputies discovered 47-year-old Emanuel Ceazer and his 76-year-old mother, Alberta Ceazer, unresponsive with gunshot wounds inside their apartment. Emergency Medical Services personnel pronounced both victims deceased at the scene.

A family member who resides at the apartment reported finding the victims upon returning home. Neighbors indicated hearing a verbal argument and commotion near the victims’ residence prior to the incident.
