Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Two Wanted Fugitives
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – On September 25, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT operators, serving as Task Force Officers with the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested two wanted fugitives without incident.
The arrests involved:
- Fred Earl Ricks IV, 39, of Spring, TX: wanted on a Montgomery County warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, bond set at $100,000.
- Trevor Alan Spiegelhauer, 30, wanted for a Federal Probation Violation related to a prior Human Trafficking conviction
The Sheriff’s Office praised its SWAT operators for their professionalism and precision, highlighting the ongoing partnership with the U.S. Marshals Service to safely apprehend dangerous individuals and maintain community safety.
