Man Shows Up at Constable Station Claiming He Had Drugs, Arrested for Meth Possession
On December 5, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call in the 20122 block of Holzwarth Road in Spring (the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Station) regarding a male who demanded investigation, claiming to be in possession of drugs.
Upon arrival, the individual was identified as 34-year-old Francisco Flores and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Subsequent investigation led to the discovery that Flores was in possession of 1.6 grams of Methamphetamine.
Francisco Flores, also known as Francisco-Flores-Sosa, was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and his bond has been set at $1,500.00.
