Man Shot in Aggravated Assault on Aldine Bender Road; One Charged

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 900 block of Aldine Bender Road in Northeast Harris County following reports of an aggravated assault involving a shooting.

Upon arrival, deputies found an adult male with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.

Robbery and Assault Detectives from the Violent Offenders Unit are investigating the incident. One individual has been charged in connection with the shooting, while detectives continue to seek additional persons of interest.
