Man Fatally Shot on Autumnwood Drive; Houston Police Seek Person of Interest

Houston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Frank Alberto Suarez Valdes, a person of interest wanted for questioning in connection to the fatal shooting of a man at 815 Autumnwood Drive around 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30.

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the location and discovered an unresponsive male lying in the street with a gunshot wound. Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene. His identity is pending confirmation by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Investigators with the HPD Homicide Division identified Suarez Valdes as a person of interest. He is believed to be driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with Texas license plate number VJY6439. A photo of Suarez Valdes has been released by authorities.
